Bridal Portal
Brides use a separate, private login at Open Bride Portal. Use Manage Users to invite a bride by email and assign her wedding. Initial setup requires the secure Netlify function and administrator role described in USER_MANAGEMENT_SETUP.md. Brides can view their checklist, design and floor plan. They cannot edit your records.

Shows tasks due in the next 7 days and overdue for brides whose checklists have been started. Reminders do not send automatically.

Manage Users & Portal Access
Invite brides to their own private portal or grant staff access. Invitations are sent securely from your website. Only designated account administrators can invite users.
For a bride, create their client record first. Invitations are emailed through Supabase; each invitee chooses their own secure login. Do not share passwords. For administrator access, only invite someone you fully trust.
