From a little creative direction to a fully managed wedding weekend, Rose Haus offers flexible planning, design, and coordination tailored to your vision. All prices shown are starting rates, not fixed package totals. Each proposal is tailored to the level of support, number and frequency of meetings, planning timeline, event size, staffing, and on-site hours you request. Add-on services are available at additional cost.
Starting prices for our time, expertise and services. Our published consultation, planning, design and coordination rates are starting service fees—not an all-inclusive event or decorating budget. Flowers, vases, candles, centerpieces, balloons, furniture, linens, rentals, supplies, delivery, installation and other purchased or rented items are additional costs unless specifically included in your written proposal. Your Vision, Your Custom InvestmentYour starting package covers only the specific consultations, planning, coordination and/or on-site services stated in that package. We can source and coordinate décor, florals or non-floral designs such as candle-and-vase centerpieces—but the actual products, materials, rentals and any additional hands-on setup or breakdown labor are quoted separately.
Need weekly or twice-weekly meetings, additional vendor appointments, extra event days or more staff? We are happy to customize your package. You'll receive an itemized proposal explaining service fees, décor and rental expenses, labor, and optional add-ons before approving the final total.

Consultation only: These fees cover an introductory advice session of up to 30 minutes for parties and showers or up to 60 minutes for weddings, by appointment. They do not include décor purchases, centerpieces, flowers, vases, candles, rentals, setup, breakdown, vendor labor or ongoing event coordination. Extended sessions, follow-up calls, planning work and on-site services cost extra. Consultations do not reserve an event date.

Signature Full-Service Wedding

For couples who want a dedicated professional overseeing the entire experience, from first conversations through the final farewell.
- Personalized planning roadmap and one scheduled planning meeting per month; additional meetings available as add-ons
- Vendor sourcing assistance, vendor meetings, and primary communication management
- Design direction, decor coordination, and layout planning
- Timeline creation, bridal party guidance, and ceremony/reception coordination
- Rehearsal and wedding-weekend oversight, including setup and breakdown coordination
- Staffing, transportation, driver, and rental coordination when needed
Includes the agreed planning schedule and contracted event coverage. Weekly or twice-weekly meetings, extra consultations, expanded on-site hours, rehearsal dinners, additional event days, staffing, drivers, rentals, travel and third-party costs require an adjusted proposal or separately priced add-ons.

Collaborative Wedding Coordination

A hands-on planning partnership with the couple or a designated point person.
- One scheduled planning meeting approximately every two months; additional meetings and increased check-in frequency quoted separately
- Ongoing emails, reminders, and progress check-ins
- Vendor recommendations and selected vendor meetings as agreed
- Vendor handoff, timeline development, rehearsal and wedding-day coordination
- On-site guidance for ceremony and reception, including setup coordination
Weekly meetings, additional vendor visits, extended on-site coverage and other expanded services are available for an additional fee.

Wedding Vision & Guidance

For couples planning much of the event themselves who want a trusted designer and coordinator alongside them.

- Planning calls at an agreed frequency and practical planning advice; additional or recurring calls available as add-ons

- On-site wedding-day coordination within agreed hours

Wedding Day Coordination
Starting at $1,000
For couples who have planned their celebration but want an experienced point person to carry it out.
- Pre-event handoff meeting and final timeline review
- Confirm key details with your already-selected vendors
- Direct the ceremony and coordinate the event-day schedule
- Manage key transitions and troubleshoot on site during contracted hours

Rentals & Event Essentials
A beautiful event deserves the right foundation. Rose Haus works hand in hand with Elite Events to help coordinate rentals for weddings, celebrations, and special gatherings.
Available rental categories may include tables, chairs, linens, tents, dance floors, lounge furniture, specialty furniture, candy-bar displays, popcorn machines, and other event essentials, subject to availability and individual quotes. We can help bring the design and rental details together for a seamless experience.
Customize Your Level of Support
Need more hands-on help? You can add extra planning consultations, weekly or twice-weekly meetings, vendor appointments, additional phone support, rehearsal or welcome-event coverage, décor installation, extended event-day hours, breakdown support, staffing, transportation coordination and specialty rentals. We build your proposal around your needs rather than limiting you to a one-size-fits-all package.
All prices are starting prices. Listed rates reflect the standard meeting frequency and scope described for each package. More frequent meetings (including weekly or twice weekly), extra calls, expanded coordination, longer event days, additional venues, multiple-day coverage and other add-ons increase the total investment. Final pricing depends on the planning hours and services requested, complexity, guest count, location, event schedule and staffing. Any upgrade or added fee will be outlined and approved in a personalized written proposal before work begins. Decorations and supplies (including flowers, vases, candles, centerpiece materials and balloon supplies), rentals, delivery, additional setup and breakdown labor, travel, permits and third-party vendor fees are separate unless expressly included in the signed proposal. Consultation fees cover advice only, not event materials or decorating services. A consultation does not reserve an event date.
